MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING

 

THIS MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING is made this twentieth day of December, 2018 (hereinafter referred to as “MoU”);

 

BETWEEN

 

“KEOLAHRAGAAN” JOURNAL OF UNIVERSITAS NEGERI YOGYAKARTA, a journal published by the Departement of Sport Science, the Graduate School of Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta established in 2013 with its main office at Jalan Colombo No. 1, Karangmalang, Yogyakarta 55821, Indonesia (hereinafter referred to as “PUBLISHER”), of the first part;

 

AND

 

FACULTY OF SPORT SCIENCE UNIVERSITAS NEGERI SEMARANG, a state institution of higher education established in 1961 with its main campus at Dean Office, F1 Building 2nd Floor, Kampus UNNES, Sekaran, Gunungpati, Semarang 50229, Indonesia (hereinafter referred to as “ORGANIZER”), of the second part.

 

(PUBLISHER and ORGANIZER, shall hereinafter referred to collectively as “Parties” and individually as “Party”, where the context so requires)
